I have dropped my HD and it hit the floor…Now it the lights are on and all, no noises, but the my PC won’t recognize it when I plug the USB in.
What happened?
What should I do?
please help me.
It’s probably dead they aren’t made to bounce like tennis balls.

yeah, I though so…
do you suppose if I put it in a new case it will work?
I doubt it if it’s a drive with Smartware it needs the circuit board for encyrption. The drive it’self may be damaged.
