I went to use my book external hardrive and nothing appears when i insert the USB into my desk top.
I can hear the drive working, and it is not making any unusual noises, also the light flashes. When i click on my computer it does not appear in any drives. But when i go to device maneger it shows disk not inititalized and will not let me when i right click it. I also downloaded the wd diagnostics and it shows 0 capacity
plz help, money is tight and all family pics are on here. yes i have tried conecting it to another computer and restarting it.
