I have rma code but i don't know how i send the damaged hard disk into wd

Hi.

I have the rma code of my damaged external wd hard disk and i don’t know how i can send it to germany from Greece i live.

Is there any help how i do that?

I call ups but it ask me a return service code that i don’t have from the wd emails.

Whas is the procedure to send back the damaged hard disk?

I don’t ask how i send it back to wd but how i call the ups and tell that company that i want to send back one hard disk drive with wd cost not mine.

The hard disk i was buy it isn’t from my region so i can’t send mail support to the europe region i must send mail support to the region i was buy that hard disk.
