Please help…
I listened to the drive, it spins for about 40 sec. then resets, then it spins for another 40 sec. and dies. The LED just continues to flicker after that. Can anyone help me please?
Hi, be sure to connect the USB cable directly to the PC, avoid using USB extension cables or USB hubs, you can also try using another USB cable or connecting it to another PC.
