Backup my vista laptop to my 1TB passport, all fine. When I plug passport into this lap top or any laptop I can’t find a folder with what has been backed up. Shouldn’t I be able to “see” what I backed up to view or play them on my computer. I was thinking about getting a media player to run to tv , but not until I can find and open files
If you are using smartware to backup your files, in the external hard drive there should be a folder with the name “smartware.swstor” if you explore this folder, you should be able to see your files.
