Bought 2 3TB MyBooks - Help!

Hey guys, bought 2 3TB MyBooks from the WD Outlet and they arrived today safe and sound.

Anyway, one of the power adapters that came with one of the drives doesn’t work but luckily I already had another from another MyBook. 

Here’s my problem, both of the drives work when they are connected by themselves. However, when I plug both of them in one of the drives work and the other doesn’t… When I plug one of them in they have the same drive letter no matter which one they are! 

I know what most of you are going to tell me and that is to go to Disk Management but I have already tried chaning the drive letters and don’t really know what else to do. Oh, and here is what WD Quick View shows me :

I have the exact same issues. I hope someone can help with a solution other than saying to go to the FAQ or something. I have looked everywhere I can find in the WD network of forums and communities for weeks now and can not find anything about issues with 2 MyBooks.
I simply want to move files from one device to the other one since I have almost filled the the original one up. It shouldn’t be this complicated, even for a computer dummy like me.
