Can I automatically back up some of my laptop files, but not all? I take a lot of photos, go through them, delete many, but sometimes need to have them in another location in case I want to retrieve one I have deleted.
Also, if my computer (Vista) crashs, how can I retrieve the files on my Passport on another computer, especially one like Windows 7 OS
I need to know if this external hard drive will be what I want and need before I start using it only to discover it won’t be right for me
Personally I would copy and paste or drag and drop like a plain drive to backup your files instead of using the Smartware.
