Hi I just recently purchased my passport for mac 1tb and I installed it today, but when I plug in my external hard drive into my macbook (Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 ) the drive icon doesnt popup automatically. I’ve used iomega hard drive for my mac previously and I did not have this problem.
Its annoying that I have to go to application>wd drive utilities/or wd securiy and only then does the drive icon popup. Ive done auto unlock for my computer and tried disabling it to see if anything changes and nothing seems to work. Is there a solution to this problem?
