WD external drive not visible in disk utility

Hi!

 

Got WD external drive - WDBAAR1200BK-00 

 

It worked fine till couple of days ago.

 

It started to make strange noise when i plug it in. Sounds like a muted sound of Floopy drive.

And it not appears on my mac desktop and in Disk Utility too. Disk Warior does not recognized it.

 

I changed usb wire but no effect. Also i pluged drive in PC - XP SP3 and still no sucsess. It's not shows up in Disk Management 

BUT !!! it appears in Device manager - just like "WD" in harddrives sub folder.

 

Help me please

Looks like a failed unit that needs to be replaced
