I received the above problem report popup box when I tried to access the SmartWare on my iMac. It has been working perfectly since last year, but today I connected it to my husband’s MacbookPro and did an initial backup of his computer. When it was done, I reconnected to our iMac and now I can’t access the SmartWare. Any suggestions?
Hi, try reinstalling smartware and that should fix the problem.
