Hi i’m from Argentina, last year i bought this device en New York, till few days ago works nice but now it doesn’t work, i’ve tried erasing the disk but i still got the problem, i want an answer about the warranty, this have support in Argentina or i will have to send this device to WD (United States), i’ve tried to start “the new support case” but i cant finish it when i press send and error happened. i will hope an aswer.
i forgot… i havnt got any product’s box, but have manuals and warranty papers.
