I am using a Macbook Pro (circa 2012) with USB 3.0. It will not recognize my WD My Passport (purchased in 2014). I have it connected via USB, the light is blinking, but I cannot see the hard drive in Finder. I also cannot see the hard drive under Disc Utility. Help?
If your drive is Tuxera NTFS formatted, go to Tuxera website and download a driver. You can check the file system of your WD drive in Disk Utility.
