Hello everyone
After several attempts to install the WD Quick view on my mac I finally managed to do so. Somehow the software was located in the application support in my mac’s harddisk library folder. I double clicked on the icon of the application but the application did not launch- in fact nothing happened its as if I didn’t click on anything. I uninstalled this software using its uninstaller (which for some reason was located in the applications folder) and tried again. Same thing- the quick view software isn’t doing anything. I have tried to look for youtube videos but I cannot seem to find any solution to this.
