Smartware for Mac v 1.3.3.7 installation issue for PPC based machines

Hello, currently we are investigating an installation failure when installing the Smartware for Mac 1.3.3.7 update.  At this time users who are on Power PC based machines (non-Intel) may not be able to install the software.  We are currently investigating this issue and the version 1.3.3.7 may be unavailable for download.

 

If you are not able to install, we recommend using the Smartware for Mac version 1.3.3.6 while this problem is being investigated.
