I recently reinstalled the WD Drive Manager software (v 2.25) following a new install of Snow Leopard. Something went tragically wrong and my 2Tb My Book Studio 2 looks to have lost it’s RAID 1 configuration and formatted itself. It shows up in finder as “MyBook” instead of it’s original name and contains no folders. Fortunately I have the vast majority of the data backed up but my most recent work (one week’s worth) is not. I need this data very dearly and promptly.
How should I proceed???
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

You could also try dowloading data recovery software to restore the partition.
