I formatted the drive into fat32, and tried to desable VCD Manager but the utility didn’t find my drive that has the latest firmware version and i updated SmartwareWD too, what can i do now (my drive is not protected with a password, i protected it and try VCD manager utility again no result)
It needs to be FAT32 LOGICAL not primary.
