Permission on a folder

I have a folder on my ITB MyBook for Mac, which states that I cannot access as I don’t have the correct permission. However this is an error. I have not set it, and noone else uses it. I used to have access, then one day, I didn’t.

WHen I try to change permission on the Info box  all I see is this:

It never completes the fetching!

How can I gain access to my file again?

I am using a MacBook Pro with Lion 10.7.2

This is getting silly!

I dont remember posting this a second time.

I was advised to put it in the right discussion are by… was it not yourself?

I get nipped at for trying to negotiate an unfamiliar discussion board- and i havent solved my problem yet. Guess it wont be a WD next time round.

Sorry, my bad. I meant to put that comment in the other thread. Could you fix the problem that you where having?
