I purchased a My Passport Ultra and originally used it on a pc. I deleted everything with the intent on formatting it for the Mac Book Pro with Yosemite on it at home.
I’m unable to find the right window and reformat it. It does recognize it but it kept wanting updates and such, which I did but after a few minutes of asking me this, I thought it was stuck in a loop.
Is there some kind person out there that can help?
