Help, i’m having problem to mount mybook thurderbolt duo under 10.9.4.
Hello,
Make sure the drive is plugged in directly into a wall outlet. Avoid any extension cords, power strips and surge protectors.
The drive is plugged directly to wall outlet, tried with 2 different power adapter, both worked fine with mybook studio.
Don’t know why it doesn’t work with mybook thurderbolt duo… When the power is turn on, there are light flashing, but nothing happen if i connect to my mac.
Funny part is it show on system information is connected, but on disk utility, there are nothing to mount…
