When I will format the disck is it possible to make 2 0r three partition?

Yes. when you are creating the partitions, you will see a drop down menu  that will allow you to select multiple partitions.

Check the KB article 3865

You will see an option that says volume scheme and a drop down that says current. If you click on that, you will see the options to select multiple partitions.
