My Book Thunderbolt Duo Not Detected and Self-ejects

I bought a WD My Book Thunderbolt Duo 4TB external HD a year ago. Recently the HD ejected itself and reconnected again to my iMac. It even produces a funny sound. The on screen panel pops out stated that I should replace the first HDD. Mt Book is still under warranty but there’s no servicing center here in Singapore.

Is My Book first HDD dead? Do I need to replace the 2nd HDD? Seeking some advises.Thank you.
