My Book Studio II 4TB - Problem with Raid0 being used in Mac OS

The LED light blinks every second. Initially the hard disk was getting detected in the finder; but after the hard disk got automatically ejected; it has failed to get detected in the finder now nor in disk utility. When i loaded the WD Raid Manager software from wdc.com, error was reported as the hard disk is faulty and i need to contact WD Raid Manager. When i removed the two nos 2TB each HDD contained in My Book Studio II 4TB unit; and connected to sata port seperately, the HDD is being getting detected. i presume the problem is not with the HDD but with the Raid0 configuration. I request for help from the community helping in getting the HDD detected. I think if the Raid0 configuration is corrected, i will be able to detect the data and take back up of the data.

Sir, Thansk for your kind reply. But when i contacted wdc support they told me to take help of some third party data recovery software and take backup and contact wdc therafter for replacement. My problem here is that uness and until the HDD My Book Studio Edition II is detected by system, how can i or anyone else take backup. Pls suggest remedy.

1 got 3 unit of Studio, 2 units send for replacement due to same issue.

WD did help me for the data recover, but 90% is gone… The 10% of the data hardly can be use…

Worst is, the new replacement start giving problem now…
