Can anyone step by step help me install this device to my mac. Ive follwed instructions and cannot move my photos over. I’ve tried to phone the uk support line but the number doesnt work!!! What a waste of £100.

You will first need to partition/format your hard drive in order to allow file storage features:

Afterwards the device will work as a regular external drive or flash drive, which means you will be able to drag and drop your files into your WD Passport.
