I just bought a WD My Passport for Mac and Time Machine repeatedly backed up my computer to the point that it used all the memory in the external hardrive. I would like to wipe it clean and once I have done that, just back up my computer once then turn off the time machine. I deleted all the files on the external harddrive but it still shows that it memory is full. How do I go about deleting it?
Try reformatting it if you don’t care about the data on it.
