Hello! This is my first post here … I bought My Book Studio 2 TB with 2x Firewire 800 and USB 2 sooo… my question … Can I use in the same time this beautiful external HDD with this 2 OS …? It doesn’t matter USB or FIREWIRE .???
To use a hard drive in both systems, Windows and Mac, you can reformat it to FAT32. You will be able to use it on both systems, but not at the same time.

You can connect to one OS at a time and format to cross platform on FAT32 or use an app to allow you to write to the drive when formatted to other OS
