WD 3200BVPt new drive cannot find any support for this model number on WD website

Old drive failed on Toshiba laptop. Purchased A Scorpio Blue model #WD3200BVPT. Am experiencing problems running Toshiba's recovery disks.  Cannot find any information on WD website re this drive.

Hi are you sure it says BVPT and not BPTV.

BTW, I find it easier to use Google's search filters:
