Problem with wd5000bpkx

hi

i have 3 wd 2.5 inch black wd5000bpkx and use for my server on super micro x9dbl3f  and 113mtq chassis

when i use my hdds the led is not power on or blinking on sata2 or sata3 in raid or ahci mode

but when i use wd blue or green the led on my chassis is blinking and complete working

how to fix it with black ?

upgrade frameware?

or what?

Although WD hard drives should work properly in RAID enclosures there are many different external bridgeboard and enclosure manufacturers, each with their own command sets, levels of compatibility, and technical issues. As such it would be best to confirm with the chassis manufacturer if WD Black drives need a specific configuration.
