Internal sensor for iMacs

we use western digital caviar blue drives in the store. we put them in iMacs. I am wondering, do these have a sensor on the inside that can be connected to the logic board? is there a cable we can purchase with them, or do we need external sensors?

Hi, it would be an external sensor.

I have found this part in the apple database, 922-9225 Cable, Temp Sensor, Hard Drive, Western Digital. It is a cable for attaching the temperature sensor cable from a western digital drive. I have listed a link to an ebay site that has a picture because you probably cant access macs gsx site. I supose this might only work with certian models of western digital drives that are shipped to apple but I am not sure
