Internal drive showing as usb in lifeguard diagnostics

the system is a new buid  I’m just doing. It has win 7 x64 with 3 interal wd  sata drives connected to sata prots and a samsung ssd being used for cache of my windows syhstem drive.

I’ve got a new internal  sata iii non boot drive that the diagnostics progams says is usb and that smart status is not available.    It appears to be functing ok.  When I run the quick test it says all is well.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

If there’s another slot on the motherboard try changing the drive

what type of motherboard do you have?
