Then this is likely a software problem. I suggest the following :

Reboot and without starting any programs, repeat the chkdsk and note down all the files with problem. Ensure you have a copy of the original installation files. Backup all important files to another partition or hard disk.

Do a “chkdsk /f” - a reboot might be required after that.

After chkdsk fixes all these, reinstall those programs or simply recopy the files from another good source.
I don’t have a Win7 handy to see if it’s still using chkdsk.
