I bought this SATA Drive to use on an older Motherboard but it only can use 3Gb/s and the new Drive is 6Gb/s. I read the install manual which said I can use a jumper to set the Drive to 3Gb/s by enabling PHY, which is good but there wasn’t any jumper connector included with the Drive ugh!

Any suggestions as to how I can locate one?

You should be able to get those on most of the local electronic stores like best buy, radio shack or any computer repair shop.
