WD10EZEX Hard drive failed after only few months of usage!

 Hi, i just bought a new hard drive few month back, from online retailer(flipkart.com), As of today harddrive starting to shows problem. i can’t boot, neither can create partition and if the harddrive is connected, i get stuck at the boot menu. After searching a bit i found that my hard drive is faulty. I want to apply for a replacement, as it is still in warranty period.

I want to know if there is any service centre near Kolkata, West Bengal (India)??

please let me know as soon as possible.

Hi from the WD support page http://support.wdc.com/warranty/rmaaddress.asp?custtype=rel&lang=en  there only seems to be that one in Bangalore, 560100, India

I heard back in 2010 WD open some new authorised service centre across the country, i also found some service centre details while searching in google.
