Try changing your SATA cable to fix the “Interface CRC Error Count” problem. Observe if it’s still going up. If you’re adventurous, you can monitor it without changing your SATA cable.
Backup your data and do a zero-fill on the hard disk and this might get rid of the pending sector (from my own experience). I don’t see any reallocated sector/event count, so it shouldn’t be bad. After that, check the SMART data again.
