WD Black2 and truecrypt

Hello,

Does anyone here have any thoughts on how best to secure a WD Black2 drive with truecrypt?

I suspect that full disk encryption would work, but might not secure the HDD partition.

I have never tried this since it is not supported. But maybe other user can comment on this.
