WD’s edition of Acronis, and Arconis Home does not work with a RAID setup. This is not listed on WD’s website either. Tech support was surprised to find this out as well. This is very disapointing.
Does anyone know of a program that will create an image of a RAID 0 configuration? Windows 7 Ultimate’s backup doesn’t work either.
As you have stated, Acronis doesn’t support RAID configurations. You can find this information on the WD support knowledge base article number 3682, click on the link below for more information. Doing a quick search on Google should show a couple of options you can use.
