Last Thursday, I received a replacement drive ( WD3200AAJS ) and it already has bad sectors according to both Windows and SpeedFan. Is there any way to fix this, or will I have to get this one replaced too?

Hi yes you will have to contact WD or go to the RMA page and start a new RMA they should pay for shipping both ways this time.
