! Please Help ME!

To Whom it may concern ;

I am Omid Abouee from IRAN but two months ago I traveled to UK- London, for study English .

I think Two years ago I had a problem in my notebook Dell with  hard disk .

Aftter 1 week I underestood my hard disk drive  was fails . ( Details; the speed read and write was very very Low )

I can’t send my hard disk for warranty because I lived in IRAN !

I made a decicion when I’ll come to UK I use warranty .

NOW when I check my Serial Hard Disk on wbsite I seems Out of Limited Warranty at 10/18/2014 - ( just for 14 days) 

Could you help me for change my hard drive Please ! This is my fault …

when I was in Iran sometimes I thought to my self finally a day when I go to london I can change my hard drive . 

My Hard disk S/N : [[Deleted - Trancer]]
