Hi,
I’m working for a shared-storage manufacturer in Singapore (HQ in US). How do I go about RMA ? Can I ship the faulty drives directly to WD Singapore for replacement ?
Regards,
Melvin

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

Regards,
I have called and emailed WD Singapore. The reply was that we have to ship to WD USA but need to create an WD account to process the RMA
So I created an WD account, filled in the info and it tells me it’s out-of-region. I know it is out-of-region but so what’s the next procedure ?
Honestly this has kept me running in circles and it’s frustrating to say the least. As a APAC storage solution-provider I’m feeling the pain, I can’t imagine the frustration from an end-user.
