Original Invoice and Incoterms

Hello, i need help! im receiving a replacement HDD but people at UPS is asking me for the Original Invoice and Incoterms forms and people at WD is not helping me out, have been told from UPS that if i dont get those docs they will trow away my hdd and seems that WD doesnt care about it, help please!

Right, so the drive is shipped as warranty replacement and they want to verify that. If you don’t have your original invoice, maybe try sending them a copy of your RMA form, the WD warranty terms, and any notice from WD that the product has been accepted back as faulty and will be replaced.
