I tripped over a cable and killed the 1TB caviar green HDD in my external drive, which current 2TB would work in the same case? The case is unnamed but has Firewire 800 connections and a basic loop shaped display, it is Mac compatible.

If the drive is an external drive that comes with two drives you might be able to accomplish that

if only one drive is not likely to work

what type of enclosure?
