i Recently purchase an WD scorpio hard drive from an shop ,after installing it , i install an program called CrystalDisk Info and open it and in power on hours it shows me 120hr which means my hard is use for about 120hr(5Days), So is this Normal for a new drive or the Shop give me an used hard drive??? Should i Replace/Complain it??? :confounded:

Hi FurganHanif. If the drive was properly packaged and sealed it probably wasn’t a used drive. The power on hours that you see are probably from when the drive was tested at the factory. The drives are factory tested before they are shipped out.
