LPP Extractions

I just bought a 1tb WD internal HDD at auction and there is a note attached which reads “LPP Extractions”.

Can anyone tell me what this means please?

Perhaps the drive was removed from some LPP equipment, whatever that may be. Often you can find drives that have been extracted from DVRs or STBs.
