Hard drive beeps 3 times 5 times in a row and is completely dead

Hi

I have the following drive:

MDL: WD2500KS - 00MJB0

DATE: 30 OCT 2005

DCM: DSBACTJAH

250G SATA.

When I power it up it doesn't sound like it is spinning it all??? It beeps 3 times then a pause then it beeps 3 times again another 4 times.

The diagnostic reports states:

Test Option:EXTENDED TEST
Model Number:WDC ROM MODEL-HAWK-----
Unit Serial Number:N/A
Firmware Number:1C03
Capacity:8.01 GB
SMART Status:Not Available
Test Result:FAIL
Test Error Code:08-Too many bad sectors detected.
Test Time:17:00:43, April 03, 2011

What are my chances of getting this working again could it be the PCB?

Thanks

08-Too many bad sectors detected... Not a bad PCB, this drive is dead, if possible contact WD and replace the device.
