Diag504fCD.iso unable to locate the License Agreement file, DLGLICE.TXT!

I downloaded Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for DOS (CD) Diag504fCD.iso from http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=502&sid=30&lang=en and burnt it into a CD.

When I boot up a computer with the CD I get the following error messages.

Unable to locate the License Agreement file, DLGLICE.TXT!!!

Please make sure that the Licensse Agreement file is located in the same path as the DLGDIAG.EXE…

I checked the contents of the CD again and they are all there on the same level.

Why does the problem happen and how I can correct it?

Deleted it  and download again, otherwise you can use the Windows version.

I have downloaded the same file a few times and burnt a few CDs.  I can’t see any difference and all have the same error.

Please specify how I can verify the download, with a checksum, MD5 and so on.

As the Help Documentation says the DOS version provides a better repair function.

Moreover I have problem booting up the system with the drive in question connected as reported at http://community.wdc.com/t5/Other-Internal-Drives/Problem-with-TPTB-SATA-WD15EARS-00S8B1-on-Windows-7/td-p/330075. so I have to use the CD version.
