Compatibility 2.5" hard drive with SATA 1

Hi,

I was just wondering, i have read the jumper settings PDF and it clearly shows how to change jumper settings on SATA II internal hard drives to SATA I data transfer speeds on the 3.5" hard drives but can these changes also be made on a 2.5" drive and if so do all WD 2.5" hard drives support this change or will it automatically check and use the appropriate speeds without any jumper setting changes.

Nope, that option is not available for 2.5 hard drives.
