CHKDSK stops on stage 4

Thank you, I really appreciate the help!

So I took out one of the 4 drives to test by itself and the LifeGuard Diagnostics says there are too many bad sectors.  I assume I should run chkdsk /r on these individually, but Windows sees them as unallocated and wants to initialize.

What should I do?  I don’t want to loose the data or the RAID configuration.

Not sure if this was the cause of it all, but I seem to remember turning my computer off earlier this year when chkdsk was running on the RAID before it got to Windows.
