I can’t figure out which color drive would be good for a RAID 1 external USB 3.0 array. It will be hooked up to a laptop that will be on 24/7 most likely, but will not be in use 24/7. Would red, blue, or green be better for this?
Hi well the Red drive’s are meant for raid have a good warranty and will last. The green drive’s are only meant to be a second storage drive and the blue are not for raid. So Red is the way to go.
