I am a proud owner of WD Drives. I own 16 HDD and also A 4TB Personal Cloud. One of my drives went south! WD have agreed to give me a replacement in Singapore next week when I travel there! I live in Australia! This is the kind of service one may expect from Rolls Royce or Rolex or Ferrari! I thank God for people like Francis at WD. Thank you WD!
