Hi,
Can anyone help with configuring email on a DA1300 appliance? I am trying to get my appliance to email me reports on backup and disk storage status.
I have checked the “send email reports” box for the scheduled backup and I have also added the SMTP server details in the “Arkeia Appliance: Email SMTP Server” section under Configure → Appliance Parameters → Email SMTP Server but I don’t receive any reports.
Any help with this would much appreciated.
