Yes! I wish I knew how to attach this file so that you can see it for yourself!

In windows explorer, under My Network Places → Microsoft Windows Network → wdtvlive → my_book - > Various Foldes Therein

This is how it appears.

Can we attach files to the post on this forum at all?

And yes! I will do that  - I didn’t know!

No,  you’ll have to attach them to another site then link them here.

If you have any other questions though, you really need to start a new thread in the SMP forum, you’ll get more help and since this a SMP specific issue it really doesn’t belong in this part of the community since this is a My Cloud forum.

Post your questions there and I’ll try to help you in the new thread.

Doing that now - new post I mean!

For option 1 - My Cloud option

We shouldn’t have this issue there as well, should it - because I take it the My Cloud has everything (the O/S, media server software and any thing else that is required for it to work as intended) built-in in it, right! So this issue of sharing and share visibility across the network wont’ come in to  play there, won’t it?
